Natural & Synthetic Contraceptives

A woman can learn do it naturally without hormones by understanding ovulation and hormone changes throughout the month.

Hormone Management

Hormone management is important in every area of your life. Digestion, sleep, and moods are all influenced by hormones, while some diseases can result from hormone imbalances as well, and learning to understand how your hormones impact your body can determine what effective methods you can use for greater balance.

Painful/Irregular Periods

Painful and Irregular periods can be a sign of dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis or other pathologies. These conditions are driven by hormone imbalances, and bringing hormones back into balance can decrease the risk and symptoms associated with these pathologies.
